Immediate Roster. A Medical Officer (MO) to “remain within the precincts of the hospital for immediate recall to duty”. Precincts: Remaining within the precincts of the hospital includes: • living within the boundaries of the hospital in Departmental accommodation (this does not mean that Medical Officers living within the precincts of the hospital will automatically be placed on the Immediate Roster Restriction); 21% of the Medical Officer's ordinary rate of salary converted to an hourly rate for the period of stand-by. See cls 49.6(a), 49.7(a), 49.8, 49.9 and Sch 3 cl 1. No change to how allowance is calculated. This entitlement will continue as per existing conditions under the proposed Agreement. Immediate Roster. Clause 19.13(a) requires, in part, a MO to “remain within the precincts of the hospital for immediate recall to duty.” Precincts Remaining within the precincts of the hospital includes: • living within the boundaries of the hospital in departmental accommodation (this does not mean that MOs living within the precincts of the hospital will automatically be placed on the Immediate Roster Restriction); • by agreement with the Department, living in private or departmental accommodation in close proximity to the hospital whereby the response time will be appropriate to deal with life threatening medical situations; • where a MO does not reside in one of the above situations, being provided with free accommodation in the hospital in which to sleep during their period of restriction. The accommodation will include basic food and a microwave oven to heat prepared meals arranged by the MOs.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.

  • Emergency and urgently needed care outside the service area Professional services of a physician, emergency room treatment, and inpatient hospital services are covered at eighty percent (80%) of the first two thousand dollars ($2,000) of the charges incurred per insurance year, and one-hundred percent (100%) thereafter. The maximum eligible out-of-pocket expense per individual per year for this benefit is four hundred dollars ($400). This benefit is not available when the member’s condition permits him or her to receive care within the network of the plan in which the individual is enrolled.

  • CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS (1) Engage in any business activities substantially different than those in which Borrower is presently engaged, (2) cease operations, liquidate, merge, transfer, acquire or consolidate with any other entity, change its name, dissolve or transfer or sell Collateral out of the ordinary course of business, or (3) pay any dividends on Borrower's stock (other than dividends payable in its stock), provided, however that notwithstanding the foregoing, but only so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or would result from the payment of dividends, if Borrower is a "Subchapter S Corporation" (as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended), Borrower may pay cash dividends on its stock to its shareholders from time to time in amounts necessary to enable the shareholders to pay income taxes and make estimated income tax payments to satisfy their liabilities under federal and state law which arise solely from their status as Shareholders of a Subchapter S Corporation because of their ownership of shares of Borrower's stock, or purchase or retire any of Borrower's outstanding shares or alter or amend Borrower's capital structure.

  • Child Rearing Teachers shall be granted a leave for child rearing purposes of up to one (1) year without pay or increment. This includes both adoption and birth. Upon written request, such leave may be extended up to one (1) year without pay or increment.

  • CONTINUITY OF OPERATION Section 1: No Strikes, Work Stoppages or Lockouts Neither of the parties shall utilize any economic sanction to force its position on the other party over any issue. Further, no Employee or group of Employees shall individually or through concerted action, take part in any activity that impedes the operation of the business, except as otherwise authorized by this Agreement. Should any person or group of people participate in any such unauthorized activity, upon notification of such occurrence, the Union or the Company, as the case may be, will direct such person or group of people to resume normal operations and will take effective means to cease the unauthorized conduct. Any employee or group of employees who participate in such unauthorized activity shall be subject to immediate dismissal, unless mitigating circumstances exist that are acceptable to the ERRC. Should either party suffer financial damage as a result of such unauthorized activity, they may pursue compensation for such loss at the arbitration step of the Concern Resolution Process, and the arbitrator shall have full authority to remedy any violation of this Article.

  • CHANGES IN EMERGENCY AND SERVICE CONTACT PERSONS In the event that the name or telephone number of any emergency or service contact for the Competitive Supplier changes, Competitive Supplier shall give prompt notice to the Town in the manner set forth in Article 18.3. In the event that the name or telephone number of any such contact person for the Town changes, prompt notice shall be given to the Competitive Supplier in the manner set forth in Article 18.3.

DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.

  • Continuity of Grievance Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising hereunder may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.
