Immunizations; Blood Borne Pathogens; CPR. 4.11.1 Institution must certify to DSHS prior to a participant’s participation in the Practicum, that the participant has received all DSHS-required immunizations, with the costs of any immunizations paid for by Institution, the participant, or the participant’s own health insurance.
