Common use of Immunizations Clause in Contracts

Immunizations. Section 1. The County shall provide to all appropriate employees all necessary immunization shots or other medications used for the purpose of immunizations. The determination of the kinds of immunizations needed shall be made by the Xxxxxxxxxx County Board of Health. Section 2. At Stillwater Center, the County will pay the cost of tuberculin tests and food handler permits or any other vaccinations/immunizations when required by management.
