The Parties to this Agreement hereby acknowledge the IMPACT program adopted by the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental & Reinforcing Iron Workers and have agreed to jointly fund and participate in the IMPACT program of Western Canada.. Effective February 9, 2014, the Union shall contribute seven cents ($0.07) per hour for each hour worked by each Employee. Effective April 27, 2014, the Union shall contribute nine cents ($0.09) per hour for each hour worked by each Employee. Prior to the expiry of this agreement, the parties will undertake a joint review of the operations and funding of the IMPACT and the Trade Improvement Funds.
