Common use of Impact of Technology Clause in Contracts

Impact of Technology. The Parties agree that any technological change contemplated by Carleton University which either Party has a reasonable expectation will significantly impact either the working conditions of CUPE 4600 members or the overall teaching environment at Carleton University, will be brought to the JCAA for meaningful consultation with the Union normally sixty (60) days prior to being implemented.
