Implementation of Absence Management Plan. Where the Employer implements an Absence Management Plan the Employer shall meet with the Employee (and the Employee can have a support person at that meeting). The Employer shall provide the Absence Management Plan in writing to the Employee. Once implemented the Absence Management Plan will continue until the Employee's absenteeism improves, this will be measured over a period of at least six (6) months.
