Implementation of Enhancements. W2E shall cooperate with SHBV in evaluating, reviewing, and aggressively implementing enhancements and refinements to the Products.
Implementation of Enhancements. The Supplier will cooperate with the Distributor in evaluating, reviewing, and aggressively implementing mutually approved enhancements and refinements to the Products.
Implementation of Enhancements. ISIS 2000 will provide Wyndham with prior notice of the scheduled implementation of any Enhancements to the ISIS System that, to ISIS 2000's knowledge, will materially affect Wyndham's own operations. Wyndham may elect not to implement any such Enhancements.
Implementation of Enhancements. As part of its Support Services obligations, phamax shall support the Client’s implementation of each Enhancement, which support shall include, without limitation, working with the Client to develop a testing strategy for the Enhancement (see Section 5.1(b) of this Exhibit) and retrofitting software-based Deliverables (e.g., interfaces) so that they continue to operate with the SaaS Solutions as designed.
