Implementation / Transition. 6.1. The Contractor will be required to develop and maintain an Implementation Plan which defines how the Framework Agreement will be implemented, staffed, operated and managed to ensure the effective delivery of the Specification and Service Levels outlined in this Schedule and elsewhere in the Framework Agreement.
