Post-Implementation Training. The Contractor shall continue to provide training as the State requires after implementation.
Post-Implementation Training. The Contractor shall continue to provide user training as needed after implementation pursuant to the training requirements of this Contract. User Guides (Vehicle Maintenance Parts category only) The Contractor shall provide Roll-out Packets or User Guides to Ordering Agencies on how to best use the Contract and Punch-Out tool. The Contractor shall provide the User Guide documentation to the State Contract Manager for approval prior to release.
Post-Implementation Training. For any post-implementation training, additional on-site training or consultative services requested by Customer in writing, Abrigo shall provide an Order Form for the cost of these services, as well as reasonable travel expenses, which, if applicable, shall be reasonably incurred in connection with this Agreement and shall be billed separately following the training. Training encompasses guidance to get Customer’s staff acquainted with using the programs, sharing of other Abrigo’s customer best practices, and includes classes for Customer personnel. Training will be provided at a level sufficient to ensure that Customer personnel will be able to use the Abrigo Products. No implementation guidance, training or consulting purchased from or provided by Abrigo shall be interpreted as advice or instruction of how to use, employ, or interpret the data or outcome of the use of Abrigo products. No Abrigo employee, agent or Affiliate is authorized to provide recommendations as to business decisions related to the use of Abrigo Products and/or the outcome of the use of Abrigo Products, including data, reports, or analysis of same. Customer is responsible for data entered, the use of the Abrigo Products, and the business decisions related to such use. Customer may request for an additional fee, post-implementation web or on-site training, as well as Abrigo in-house report generation for Customer. Any custom reports required by the Customer will be developed at fees agreed upon in advance and in writing by both Parties.   • Project Implementation 2. The Borrower shall:
