Important Notice to the Consumer. 2.3. Cooling off You have the right to cancel this agreement within 10 business days from the date after you received this document. For 10 business days after you receive this Market Contract and statutory disclosure statement for each nominated premises, you may reflect on your Market Contract for that nominated premises, and during this time you may cancel the Market Contract by notifying us orally or in writing, clearly stating your intention to cancel the contract. You have this right even if you had previously affirmed the contract. In that case, QEnergy would provide you with a record of the termination. Unless we had already started supplying electricity to you, you would not be charged any costs in that case. These provisions do not affect any other rights you may have in law or equity.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.
