  • CULTURAL DIVERSITY The Cultural Diversity Requirement generally does not add units to a student's program. Rather, it is intended to be fulfilled by choosing courses from the approved list that also satisfy requirements in other areas of the student’s program; the exception is that Cultural Diversity courses may not satisfy Culture and Language Requirements for B.S. students. For example, Anthropology 120 can fulfill (3) units of the Behavioral Science requirement and (3) units of the Cultural Diversity requirement.   • Environmental and Social Safeguards 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out and implemented in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Environmental Management Plan.

CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.
