In Any Medium Sample Clauses

In Any Medium. Under no circumstances may an Agent hold themselves out to the public, or advertise in any medium (including, without limitation, in their email signature block, or when engaging in recruiting efforts), that they are an “owner agent” of eXp, even if the Agent owns one or more shares of stock in eXp World Holdings, Inc. For avoidance of doubt, the foregoing prohibition is entirely unrelated to, and distinct from, an Agent’s obligation to disclose and/or advertise that they are an “agent owner” of any real property that they maintain as a listing.
