In Charge Pay. The Employer shall, when no nursing supervisor is on duty, designate an employee(s), to be in charge on the evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. Such employee shall receive one dollar sixty-five ($1.65) per hour in addition to her regular rate of pay.
