Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:
International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships, aircraft or road-transport vehicles in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.
2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.
International Assignor hereby requests such “open access” publication of the Animated abstract and agrees to pay the applicable Fee in accordance with the terms below: [ ] YES [ ] NO The Fee shall be paid initially with a US$ 500 advance payment on giving the Publisher the instruction to start work on the Animated Abstract, and US$ 450 (English language edition) or US$ 950 (Foreign language edition) on completion of the Animated Abstract.
International Agreements The Parties shall make all reasonable efforts to accede to the Geneva Act to the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs adopted in Geneva on 2 July 1999.
International Shopping Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
Prescription Plan 1. The Board will provide a prescription plan for all employees and their dependents, as limited by Section A, above.
2. The co-payment for over the counter brand name prescription drugs $25.00 and the co-payment for over the counter generic prescription drugs shall $10.00. The co-payment for mail order brand name prescription drugs shall be $21.00, and the co-payment for mail order generic prescription drugs shall be $11.00. There shall be no major medical coverage for these co-payments. Retail prescriptions shall be limited to a 30 day supply; mail order maintenance prescription drugs will be limited to a 90 day supply.
Incentive Programs During the Term of Employment, the ------------------ Executive shall be entitled to participate in any annual and long-term incentive programs adopted by the Company and which cover employees in positions comparable to that of the Executive.

Your programs can be broken into three main categories, (Communications, Facilities, and Activities) which will be covered in more detail below.
Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
