In Lieu Of Coverage. 1. A bargaining unit member, working 4.0 or more hours per day, who verifies that he/she is covered by his/her spouse or former spouse’s family hospitalization insurance may elect to waive his/her coverage while the member remains covered by his/her spouse or former spouse and receive a $2000 per year waiver bonus, through the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan A waiver is available for dental/vision in the amount of $250.00. No waiver will be available to employees under the single plan or those who are covered by a spouse’s family hospitalization insurance where the spouse is another employee of this school district.
