In-service/Consultation Pay. The Employer agrees to provide, with pay, a minimum of two (2) non-instructional days for all employees per school year, who shall be credited for a minimum of six (6) hours per day, or their appointed hours, whichever is greater, provided they attend for the full day. Additionally, requested attendance at all in-service, consultations, scheduled meetings and non-instructional days shall be considered as time worked.
