In-Service Meetings. ‌ The Employer shall conduct “in-services” or educational meetings on a quarterly basis. The Employer and the Union shall develop a plan to ensure attendance and shall develop an agenda or program for such in-services or educational meetings jointly with the Union. The Union shall be guaranteed thirty (30) minutes on the agenda or program of each in-service. The Parties will explore means by which the in-services or educational meetings can help home care aides reach their Continuing Education credit goals for the year.
