Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan. Effective the date of ratification, the Company will contribute to the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan an amount of Forty-five (45¢) cents per hour for each straight time hour of actual work performed by each non- probationary employee in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the Company fulfils its obligations under this Article 28.03 by making the contributions referred to herein to the said Pension Plan. In all respects the benefits shall be administered in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Pension Plan and without limitation the obligations of the Company shall in no manner whatsoever extend to the performance of the obligations under the said Pension Plan. It is also understood and agreed that the said Pension Plan shall not be or be deemed to be part of this Agreement and shall not be subject to the grievance procedure or to the arbitration provisions contained in this Agreement. Contributions, together with a list of the names of the employees for whom the contributions have been made, the amount of the bi-weekly contribution for each employee and the number of straight time hours actually worked by such employees, will be forwarded by the Company to the Union within twenty-one (21) days after the close of the Company's four (4) or five (5) week accounting period.

Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan. A-3.01 The Company agrees to contribute to the “Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan”, the sum of 85 cents for all hours worked or paid by the Employer to its employees in the bargaining unit including any overtime hours worked in a week (to a maximum of the basic work week), vacation, general holidays, sick days (not including Weekly Indemnity, LTD or other similar indemnifications ), jury duty, and any paid leave of absence required under the terms of the Collective Agreement. (a) Effective October 1, 2012, the Company agrees to contribute to the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan (Pension Plan) thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour for all hours paid for all regular employees to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week.
(b) The Company agrees to sign the participation agreement and supply any other documents, forms, reports or information required by the Trustees of the Pension Plan.
(c) The Company shall forward all contributions together with a list of all employees covered and the number of hours paid per week for each employee in each reporting period, within fifteen (15) days following the end of each of the Company's four (4) or five (5) weeks accounting period.

It is understood that contributions paid with respect to part-time vacation pay shall only be made on behalf of associates who are in the employ of the Company as of the date vacation pay is paid. Contributions paid with respect to part-time vacation pay shall be based on the percentage of vacation pay paid under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (e.g., 4%, 6%, etc.) of the hours worked in the previous year multiplied by the cents per hour contribution rate on the above effective date as indicated in 2 (a) (e.g., an associate having worked or been paid for 1000 hours in the previous year and who was entitled to 4% vacation pay would be entitled to receive an additional 40 hours’ credit into their previous yearly total. The C.C.W.I.P.P. administrator would credit said part-time associate with 40 additional hours and receive 40 x the applicable contribution rate from the Employer. Therefore, for the previous year, the associate, in this example, would be credited with a total of 1040 hours. Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan. (a) (i) Effective the first full pay period following August 1, 2007, the Employer agrees to contribute fifty- five cents (55¢) per hour to the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan (“Pension Plan”) for all hours paid or worked for all full-time and part-time employees, to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week. Hours paid and worked shall not include Weekly Indemnity payments.
Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan. 26.01 Effective January 5, 2011, the Company agrees to contribute one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour to the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan ("Pension Plan") for all non-overtime, vacation, holidays, and sick day hours paid in accordance with the Collective Agreement, for all full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit, to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week per employee.
26.02 The contributions made by the Company and the Fund assets accruing there from, shall be used to provide retirement benefits and, if applicable, disability benefits, death benefits, termination benefits and such other additional benefits as the Trustees of the Pension Plan may decide, from time to time, as being applicable to the Pharma Plus employees who are or have been members of the Pension Plan, and applicable to their families and/or designated beneficiaries who may be entitled to benefit.
26.03 The Company shall forward all contributions, together with a list of all full-time and part-time employees, and the number of hours paid and worked for each reporting period, within fifteen (15) days following the end of each of the Company's four (4) week accounting periods.
26.04 The Employer's liability for contributions to the Pension Plan shall be limited solely to the payment of the amount due to the Fund, in accordance with paragraph 26.01 above and Letter of Agreement #1 and #2.
26.05 As a consequence of the Agreement in this Article between the Company and the Union, the Company will enter into a "Participation Agreement" with the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan, and supply such actuarial data as may be reasonably required with respect to the administration of the Pension Plan.
26.06 The other undertakings and obligations of the Company and the Union shall be as per the Letter of Agreement #1 and #2 between the parties attached to this Collective Agreement as Appendix "D”.
26.07 The Company will sign the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan Participation Agreement provided such Agreement is identical to the Agreement signed by the former Company (Boots Drug Store (Canada) Ltd.)
