Common use of In-Service Clause in Contracts

In-Service. The Employer agrees to release up to ten (10) office professionals each year to attend in-service/seminars in which job skills will be enriched. Total release time shall not exceed ten (10) days. Mutual agreement must be reached by the Employer and the Association on the individuals proposed to attend and the specific in-service/seminar. The Employer agrees to provide up to a total of $1,500.00 reimbursement for program registration fees and required materials.

Mutual agreement must be reached by the Employer and the Association Union on the individuals proposed to attend and the specific in-service/seminar. The Employer agrees to provide up to a total of $1,500.00 1000.00 reimbursement for program registration fees and required materials.
