In-Services on Isolation Techniques. The Hospital will provide or continue to provide in-service education on the subject of isolation techniques to employees who come in contact with diagnosed isolation cases. An employee who has not been provided with such training may request intervention by the person in charge of the department, in the event the employee's immediate supervisor assigns the employee to a diagnosed isolation case or cases.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,150,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
