Person in Charge. Each organization or group will designate an adult member at least 21 years of age as being in charge of its activities. That person must be registered with the church office by name, address, telephone number and email address. The person in charge must be present at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting or event. It is the responsibility of the person in charge to see that all is in order before departing at the conclusion of the event. This shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
1. All equipment is returned to its proper place.
2. All trash is picked up and removed from the building. Trash should be placed in (not beside or on) dumpsters.
3. Equipment and property of groups using the building must be stored only in designated places. The church assumes no responsibility or liability for any articles left in the building by groups using the facilities.
4. Lights are to be turned off.
5. Windows and doors should be shut and locked.
6. Any malfunctioning equipment relating to the safety of users or the security of the premises must be reported immediately to the church office.
7. All injuries must be reported to the church office within 24 hours of the occurrence. The person in charge will be certain that a sufficient number of supervisory persons are available to maintain order and discipline. Children shall not enter the building until the designated person in charge or assigned supervisor is available. The person in charge of supervision shall not leave until everyone in their group is out of the building and has left the church grounds. All groups with children under the age 18, must be in compliance with St. Mark’s Safe Sanctuary policy, see Appendix D.
Person in Charge a. The MFF unit must have a person in charge present during all hours of its operation. The person in charge shall be responsible for the overall operation of the MFF unit and for compliance with all health code requirements in accordance with Sections 2-101.11 through 2-103.11 of the Food Code.
b. The menu and manner for transportation, storage, cooking, preparation, and service of the food and beverage items must be provided to the Department for evaluation and approval.
c. Any changes to the menu must be submitted to and approved by the Department prior to their service.
d. All food and beverage items to be offered at the MFF unit must be identified and approved by the Department during the application process and prior to an evaluation being conducted of the structural components of the mobile unit.
a. Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms, including surrogate prosthetic devices for hands and arms, immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination. Person in Charge. The Consultant has designated a Person-in-Charge who will have primary responsibility to perform and/or supervise and coordinate the performance of the Services. Substitution of said person shall be made only with the prior written approval of the Owner. Failure to make such person(s) available to the extent necessary to perform the Services skillfully and promptly shall be a material violation of the terms of this Contract.

Person in Charge. Any employee who is designated by the Company as person in charge, shall be paid a premium of $2.30 per hour for each hour during which he/she performs such function.
Person in Charge. All harvest vessels shall have a designated person in charge on board the vessel at all times while in the Harvest Area. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the harvest operation and will have the authority to approve inspections from any entity listed under Subclause 10(d). Failure to have a designated person in charge on board the vessel at all times is a breach of the Harvest Agreement requiring immediate shut down of the harvest operation.

Such person shall be available at all times during the performance of the Contract and visit FTC’s offices on a regular basis and as required by the Supervising Officer. Any instructions or directions given to the Person in Charge shall be deemed to have been issued to the Contractor.
