PERSON IN CHARGE. Each organization or group will designate an adult member at least 21 years of age as being in charge of its activities. That person must be registered with the church office by name, address, telephone number and email address. The person in charge must be present at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting or event. It is the responsibility of the person in charge to see that all is in order before departing at the conclusion of the event. This shall include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. All equipment is returned to its proper place. 2. All trash is picked up and removed from the building. Trash should be placed in (not beside or on) dumpsters. 3. Equipment and property of groups using the building must be stored only in designated places. The church assumes no responsibility or liability for any articles left in the building by groups using the facilities. 4. Lights are to be turned off. 5. Windows and doors should be shut and locked. 6. Any malfunctioning equipment relating to the safety of users or the security of the premises must be reported immediately to the church office. 7. All injuries must be reported to the church office within 24 hours of the occurrence. The person in charge will be certain that a sufficient number of supervisory persons are available to maintain order and discipline. Children shall not enter the building until the designated person in charge or assigned supervisor is available. The person in charge of supervision shall not leave until everyone in their group is out of the building and has left the church grounds. All groups with children under the age 18, must be in compliance with St. Mark’s Safe Sanctuary policy, see Appendix D.

PERSON IN CHARGE a. The MFF unit must have a person in charge present during all hours of its operation. The person in charge shall be responsible for the overall operation of the MFF unit and for compliance with all health code requirements in accordance with Sections 2-101.11 through 2-103.11 of the Food Code. b. The menu and manner for transportation, storage, cooking, preparation, and service of the food and beverage items must be provided to the Department for evaluation and approval. c. Any changes to the menu must be submitted to and approved by the Department prior to their service. d. All food and beverage items to be offered at the MFF unit must be identified and approved by the Department during the application process and prior to an evaluation being conducted of the structural components of the mobile unit. a. Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms, including surrogate prosthetic devices for hands and arms, immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination. PERSON IN CHARGE. A person-in-charge who is a member of the crew will be appointed by the Xxxxxxx for any shift of three (3) or more employees which does not include the Xxxxxxx or Assistant Xxxxxxx. The person-in-charge shall receive an additional payment to cover the shift, calculated at 120% of the straight-time journeyman hourly rate.
PERSON IN CHARGE. The person-in-charge rate, when assigned by the employer, who is a member of the crew, shall be $1.45 per hour in addition to his/her regular hourly rate for all hours assigned person-in-charge responsibilities.
PERSON IN CHARGE. The Consultant has designated a Person-in-Charge who will have primary responsibility to perform and/or supervise and coordinate the performance of the Services. Substitution of said person shall be made only with the prior written approval of the Owner. Failure to make such person(s) available to the extent necessary to perform the Services skillfully and promptly shall be a material violation of the terms of this Contract.

PERSON IN CHARGE. For every session, the Session Manager must nominate in advance the Person in Charge. The Person in Charge must be present at The Wendover Swimming Pool for the entire duration of the session - including any time before or after the session that may be used (for example) in the changing rooms : • No one may enter the building until the Person in Charge for the session is on the premises. • The Person in Charge may not leave the building until everyone attending the session has left. • Particular care must be taken to properly hand-off responsibility where sessions are back-to-back or overlap. The Person in Charge is responsible for ensuring that the pool is operated safely, and in accordance with the Normal Operating Procedure and Emergency Action Plan as published by Xxxxxxxx Swimming CIO (or as otherwise agreed). All staff, volunteers, swimmers and other visitors must at all times follow the instruction and direction of the Person in Charge.

PERSON IN CHARGE. The Person In Charge will: • At the beginning and end of every session complete and check the list of required actions, and sign-off to verify that the required tasks and actions have been completed. • Ensure that the pool is operated according to the procedures as published. • Assume overall control of the pool when they are on duty. • Take charge in the event of an emergency or other incident, and follow the procedures outlined in the Emergency Action Plan. • Close the pool if it is not possible to operate in accordance with the procedures and guidelines as published.
PERSON IN CHARGE. Any employee who is designated by the Company as person in charge, shall be paid a premium of $2.00 (as of June 21, 2002, $2.10; as of June 21, 2003, $2.20; as of June 21, 2004, $2.30) per hour for each hour during which he/she performs such function.
