In-Store Notice. Within twenty-one (21) days after the Court enters its order granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement, Defendant will post at the majority of the points of sale in each of its California stores, a clear and conspicuous tear-away copy of the Summary In-Store Notice (substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F) containing instructions for Unknown Class Members to submit a claim, elect not to participate or object.
