Inability to Provide Adequate Sample. a. Employees who are unable to provide a urine sample of forty-five milliliters shall be offered additional drinking water and allowed additional time before being required to provide another urine specimen. The amount of fluids the employee is given and the amount of time he/she is allowed shall follow federal D.O.T. rules.
