Personnel Manual. Contractor shall provide a copy of its personnel manual to all Staff; require each Staff member to submit written acknowledgement of receipt of the same, to be kept in the individual’s personnel file; and resolve all personnel matters in accordance with the procedures established in its personnel manual.
Personnel Manual. 20.1. Additional rules, regulations, policies and general working conditions governing employment for employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the County Personnel Manual.
20.2. If during the term of this agreement the County desires to amend the following provisions of the Personnel Manual except for purposes of compliance with requirements of law the County shall give notice to the Union and provide an opportunity to meet and confer on any proposed substantive changes. Should the Union choose to meet and confer, it shall notify the County within five (5) days of receipt of the County's notice. Representatives of the County and the Union shall meet and confer in a timely manner. If an agreement is not reached the County reserves the right to unilaterally implement in accordance with the law.
20.3. The following provisions of the Personnel Manual are covered by this Article:
1. Voluntary Time Off Without Pay
2. Leaves of Absence
3. Drug/Alcohol Testing Policy
Personnel Manual. Anything relating to employee-Employer relations is included in this Agreement, but may be reprinted in LSNY Personnel Manual. All such provisions heretofore in the manual, have been incorporated herein.
Personnel Manual. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, the terms and provisions of the City's Personnel Manual shall apply to the City Administrator.
Personnel Manual. The City of Xxxxxxx Personnel Manual authorized by Ordinance and as supplemented or amended hereafter by City Ordinance and Executive Order, is hereby made a part of this Agreement except that specific provisions of this Agreement shall prevail wherever a conflict therewith exists. The Union shall retain its rights under state law to bargain any changes in the personnel manual which concern or impact mandatory subjects of bargaining.
Personnel Manual. It is understood that a Personnel Manual has been developed by the City to administer certain provisions of this labor agreement and other labor agreements, as well as non-contractual items. The contents of the Personnel Manual are not intended to alter or replace any provision of this Agreement. In the event any portion of the Personnel Manual conflicts with any provision of this agreement, the Agreement shall control. Furthermore the Union retains the right to negotiate any revision or amendment to the Personnel Manual that affects a mandatory subject of bargaining. This section pertains to any portion of this Agreement where reference is made to the Personnel Manual. At the request of the City, the Union and City shall meet during the term of this Agreement to negotiate revisions to the Personnel Manual.
Personnel Manual. Except as otherwise provided for in this Article, hours of work and overtime pay shall be administered as provided in the Personnel Manual, as it may hereafter be amended or revised.

Personnel Manual. As an employee of ABC, Employee shall be subject to the personnel policies as set forth in the ABC Personnel Manual, as may be modified from time to time. Provided however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Personnel Manual, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply.
