Personnel Manual. 20.1. Additional rules, regulations, policies and general working conditions governing employment for employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the County Personnel Manual.
Personnel Manual. Contractor shall provide a copy of its personnel manual to all Staff; require each Staff member to submit written acknowledgement of receipt of the same, to be kept in the individual’s personnel file; and resolve all personnel matters in accordance with the procedures established in its personnel manual.
Personnel Manual. Anything relating to employee-Employer relations is included in this Agreement, but may be reprinted in LSNY Personnel Manual. All such provisions heretofore in the manual, have been incorporated herein.

The City of Xxxxxxx Personnel Manual authorized by Ordinance and as supplemented or amended hereafter by City Ordinance and Executive Order, is hereby made a part of this Agreement except that specific provisions of this Agreement shall prevail wherever a conflict therewith exists. The Association shall retain its rights under state law to bargain any changes in the personnel manual which concern or impact mandatory subjects of bargaining.

Personnel Manual. The Amber Charter School Personnel Policy and Procedures Employee Manual (“Manual”) describes the general conditions and benefits applicable to Amber School employees. Bargaining Unit Members are covered by the Manual, and it is incorporated into this Agreement, to the extent its terms are not contrary to or inconsistent with this Agreement. To the extent that the Manual is inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement supersedes the Manual.
Personnel Manual. As an employee of ABC, Employee shall be subject to the personnel policies as set forth in the ABC Personnel Manual, as may be modified from time to time. Provided however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Personnel Manual, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply.
Personnel Manual. The City of Monroe personnel policies and procedures shall apply to employees in the bargaining unit. Where there is a conflict between such policies and procedures and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern. Any changes in policies and procedures applicable to employees in the bargaining unit that are mandatory subjects of bargaining shall be negotiated between the Employer and the Union. The Employer shall furnish the Union and each employee in the bargaining unit a copy of the Employer's policies and procedures.
Personnel Manual. The Town may require a signed acknowledgement of receipt only of the Town’s Personnel Manual by employees and will impose no other obligation on employees than that. An amended page acknowledging receipt will be included upon update of the Personnel Manual that will be applicable to CSEA-represented employees.
