Incidental Hauling. Materials which would otherwise constitute Franchise Materials that are removed from a premise by a company as an incidental part of a gardening, landscaping, tree trimming, cleaning, maintenance, construction, handyman, tractor or similar service offered by that company rather than as a waste hauling service. This provision does not allow the hauling of materials by any business hired solely for the purposes of hauling and/or removal of debris.

  • Incidental Services 13.1 The supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following services, including additional services (if any) specified in the SCC:

  • Incidentals Furthermore, for travel in excess of the 50km, Employees using their own vehicle will be compensated for consideration of the ‘incidental expenses actually incurred’ at the rate set out in Appendix A to this Part. It is further agreed that when multiple Employees are travelling to a site together this incidental allowance will only be paid to the Employee who is actually driving the vehicle and actually incurring the expense.

  • Incidental Costs The MCP shall bear the sole expense of all costs to mitigate any harmful effect, of any breaches or security incidents which were caused by the MCP, or its subcontractors, in violation of the terms of this Agreement. These costs will include, but are not limited to, the cost of investigation, remediation, and assistance to the affected individuals, entities or other authorities.

  • ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE IN HANDLING ( “ADH”): If purchased, the Covered Product is protected against accidental damage in handling such as drops and liquid spills. Immersion of Your Covered Product is not covered under this Agreement. ADH only covers operational or mechanical failure caused by a single incident while handling and does not include protection against theft, mysterious disappearance, misplacement, viruses or reckless, abusive, willful or intentional misconduct associated with handling and/or use of the Covered Product, cosmetic damage and/or other damage that does not affect the unit’s functionality, damage caused during shipment between You and Our service providers and any other limitations listed in the “What is Not Covered” section of this Agreement. For the purpose of this Agreement, Accidental Damage is defined as a single, unexpected, sudden and unintentional event and does not include accumulated damage from continual or multiple events. The use of this coverage requires an explanation of where and when the Accidental Damage occurred as well as a detailed description of the actual event. If needed, the replacement value of the Covered Product will be solely determined by the Administrator of this Agreement.

  • Incident handling As defined by the EGI Default Operational Level Agreement.

  • Incidental Expenses Except as expressly provided in an applicable Work Order, those expenses that Contractor incurs in performing the Services (e.g., travel and lodging, document reproduction and shipping, and long distance telephone) shall be included in Contractor’s rates. Accordingly, Contractor’s expenses are not separately reimbursable by LAUSD unless, on a case-by-case basis, LAUSD has agreed in advance and in writing to reimburse Contractor for particular expenses.

  • Incident Management 3.1. We shall notify You without undue delay after We becomes aware of any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data, including Personal Data, stored or otherwise processed by Us or Our sub-processors of which We become aware (“Security Incident”).

  • Incidental Charges An itemized list of all incidental charges along with a written explanation of those charges.

  • Accidental Damage The service contract provides protection against accidental damage to the covered product (for example: falling off Your hands, or a car, or water damage) resulting from the handling of such product and that is not intentionally caused by You. You should contact Us if the completion of Your repair is not satisfactory.

  • Meals and Incidental Expenses Employee meals and incidental expenses while on travel status within the continental U.S. are in accordance with the federal per diem rates published by the General Services Administration. Incidental expenses include tips to maids, hotel staff, and shuttle drivers and other minor travel expenses. Per diem rates are available at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx. Per diem for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and international destinations are provided separately by the Department of State and will be determined as required.
