Incidents and Claims. If the Grantee becomes aware of any event or incident occurring, which gives rise or is likely to give rise to a claim under any insurance required under clause 7.1, it must as soon as reasonably practicable notify the Grantor in writing of that event or incident. Failure to comply with this clause 7.6 will not invalidate or otherwise affect any indemnities, liabilities and releases of this Agreement.
Incidents and Claims. The Riskonnect RCMIS will provide the County with the following features or capabilities:
a. The ability for the County to use codes for cause, nature, part and other coded / pick list fields similar to NCCI standard codes. County will provide most of the codes to Riskonnect and Riskonnect will be responsible for configuring the incidents and claim module as well as Riskonnect will provide standard values for some fields b. A configured claim object that features up to 50 specific fields including but not limited to:
i. Late indicator (not late, over 6 months and over 12 months) to be set by comparison of date claim received and date of loss
Incidents and Claims. If the Client becomes aware of any event or incident occurring which gives rise or is likely to give rise to a claim under any insurance required under this clause 6, it must as soon as reasonably practicable notify Main Roads (as applicable) in writing of that event or incident. Failure to comply with this clause will not invalidate or otherwise affect any indemnities, liabilities and releases under this Contract.
Incidents and Claims. (a) If either Party becomes aware of any event or incident occurring which gives rise or is likely to give rise to a claim under any insurance required under clause 13.1, it must as soon as reasonably practicable notify the other Party in writing of that event or incident.
(b) Failure to comply with this clause 13.6 shall not invalidate or otherwise affect the rights of the Principal, or the obligations of the Agent, under clause 14.

If the Principal or the Contractor becomes aware of any event or incident occurring which gives rise or is likely to give rise to a claim under any insurance required under clause 17.1, it must as soon as reasonably practicable notify the Principal or the Contractor (as applicable) in writing of that event or incident. Failure to comply with this clause 17.6 will not invalidate or otherwise affect any indemnities, liabilities and releases of the Contract.
Incidents and Claims. The Operator will keep Mandarin fully informed regarding incidents during the term of this Agreement (the “Term”) which give or could give rise to claims by or against 3rd parties including damage to the Vessel, serious illness of personnel, and injury, and use all reasonable endeavours to protect the interest of Mandarin with respect to claims by or against third parties, including personnel employed aboard the Vessel, in respect of incidents occurring during the Term.
Incidents and Claims. Allegiance shall immediately notify the County Judge, Administration, or General Counsel of any accident or service incident involving Allegiance or the Services in which there is, or may be, personal injury or property damage. Allegiance shall deliver to the COUNTY an Incident Report of any incident, accident, or other occurrence involving the Allegiance which may result in a claim or cause of action against Allegiance or the COUNTY. The Report shall be delivered as soon as practicable, but no later than 48 hours after the occurrence.

If the Lessee becomes aware of any event or incident occurring which gives rise or is likely to give rise to a claim under any insurance required under clause 9.1, or which could adversely affect any of them or if any insurance is cancelled, it must as soon as reasonably practicable notify the Lessor in writing of that event or incident. Failure to comply with this clause 9.3 will not invalidate or otherwise affect any indemnities, liabilities and releases by the Lessee.
Incidents and Claims. All claims by the Contractor and its Subcontractors under the MRCIP Policies must be made in accordance with the following procedures and any other requirements of this Agreement.
Incidents and Claims.
