Common use of Inclusion of New Titles Clause in Contracts

Inclusion of New Titles. If titles are created during the life of this Agreement that are not listed in Article III, Section 2, the parties will meet and attempt to agree on the inclusion or exclusion of the new title. If the parties cannot agree, the question will be submitted to the Director of the Bureau of Mediation Services for a determination of the inclusion or exclusion of such title.
