Access of Information. Where practicable, the Employer agrees to ensure that all bargaining unit employees shall have access to the Employer’s computer system.
Access of Information. Upon request, the employer or the employer's designee agrees to provide the Association information available to it concerning the paraeducator staffing and financial resources of the District, including the names and addresses and positions on the pay- rate schedule of all paraeducators in the bargaining unit and such other information requested by the Association in contract matters or in the processing of a grievance.

The directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (“Representatives”) of Syntax shall grant the Manufacturer and its Representatives full access to Syntax’s properties, inventory on hand, facilities, books and records, financial and operating data, contracts and other documents or information as the Manufacturer or its Representatives may reasonably request.

Farmee and its representatives will have free access at its own risk to the Contract Area and drillsite spacing, and will have the right to inspect and make copies of all information and records pertaining to the operations conducted hereunder. Additionally, as and when requested by Farmee, Operator will furnish by telephone, telecopier or mail, as the case may be: daily drilling reports, copies of all electrical survey logs and other logs which may be taken during the course of drilling or testing; and copies of results of all tests run.

Access of Information. From the Effective Date until the Closing, the Company shall (a) afford Purchaser and its representatives during working days in Israel (Sunday through Thursday) between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. Israel time (GMT+2) reasonable access to and the right to inspect all of the properties, assets, premises, books and records, contracts and other documents and data related to the Company; (b) furnish Purchaser with such financial, operating and other data and information related to the Company as Purchaser or any of its representatives may reasonably request.
Access of Information. It is agreed that all information, data, reports, records, and maps as are existing, available and necessary for the carrying out of the work outlined above, shall be furnished to the Consultant by the City and its agencies. No charge will be made to the Consultant for such information, and the City will cooperate with the Consultant in every way possible to facilitate the performance of the work described in this Contract.
