DISCLAIMERS; EXCLUSIONS; LIMITATIONS Subject to §4, neither party makes any warranties (express, implied, or otherwise), including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or title, related to its performance or anything else provided under this Agreement.
