INCOME, REMUNERATION. 5.1. According to the ENAGIC Compensation Plan, a Distributor receives commissions and remuneration from commercial procurement and structure work based on the calculation of sales results of the members of his Line of Responsibility. The Distributor shall check the calculations transmitted and inform ENAGIC without delay regarding any possible objections. If a member of the Distributor’s Line of Responsibility returns any product within the duration of the right-to-return period, ENAGIC will deduct the commissions and remunerations received by the Distributor on the basis of this product’s sale from his bank account. This is in the event of the return taking place within the course of warranty claim execution as stipulated by the law.

INCOME, REMUNERATION. 6.1. In case of VAT requirement communicating his/her VAT number and presenting a confirmation in writing of the tax office competent for him/her, the Associate will inform SABA immediately as soon as he/she becomes VAT registered and will provide SABA with a valid VAT invoice to the extent necessary. Associates must also notify SABA immediately if they become de-registered. SABA reserves the right to self- xxxx for such commissions on his/her behalf and the Associate agrees that they will accept this self-billing arrangement. From this point of time onwards SABA will account and pay the remunerations due plus the legal VAT rate.

  • Remuneration The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

  • Special Compensation The Company shall pay to the Executive a lump sum equal to three times the sum of (a) the highest per annum base rate of salary in effect with respect to the Executive during the three-year period immediately prior to the termination of employment plus (b) the Highest Bonus Amount.   • DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from teachers’ salaries membership dues and assessments for the Xxxxxx County Education Association, the Maryland State Teachers’ Association, and the National Education Association as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.
