Incomplete Transactions. 43.16.1 The Bank shall not be responsible and/or liable or in any manner involved in any transaction of the Cardholder not materialising or getting completed.
Incomplete Transactions. In the event no authorized agent of the Customer is able to complete a transaction initiated with Wholesale Metals, pursuant to the terms herein or any open purchase or sale order, Wholesale Metals reserves the sole right to (a) require the authorized agent or estate to complete the pending transaction; or (b) terminate the transaction and reclaim any money or product provided to the Customer by Wholesale Metals.
Incomplete Transactions. We will use reasonable efforts to make all your External Transfers properly. However, we shall incur no liability if we are unable to complete any of the above transaction requests initiated by you because of the existence of any one or more of the following circumstances:
1. If, through no fault of ours, the Eligible Transaction Account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transfer or the transfer would exceed the credit limit of your overdraft account;
2. The External Transfer Service is not working properly and you know or have been advised by us about the malfunction before you execute the transaction;
3. The External Transfer is refused as described in Section 1.17 below;
4. You have not provided us with the correct information, including but not limited to the correct Eligible Transaction Account or Recipient Account information
5. Circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, network or system down time, issues with the financial institution(s), or interference from an outside force) prevent the proper execution of the transfer and we have taken reasonable precautions to avoid those circumstances.
Incomplete Transactions. Neither Global nor any service provider to Global will be liable for failing to complete a transaction if you do not have enough money in your Account to complete the transaction; or if circumstances beyond their control prevent the completion of the transaction, including, without limitation, the acts or omissions of any ACH, check or other processor, the National Automated Clearing House Association, the Federal Reserve System, any bank, or the directive of any regulatory authority. Error Resolution Procedures: In case of errors or questions about transactions involving your Account, call or write Global customer service no later than sixty days after the transaction in question has been reflected on your monthly statement.
