Common use of Inconclusive Analyses Clause in Contracts

Inconclusive Analyses. Silver Spring will conduct root cause analyses of Service Level failures. If a cause listed in 4.4.3.2 the Service Level failure, ComEd will not be entitled to a Service Level credit.

Inconclusive Analyses. Silver Spring will conduct root cause analyses of Service Level failuresfailures to the extent that such analyses can be conducted remotely and do not require a field visit. If the Parties agree that a cause listed in 4.4.3.2 above caused the Service Level failure, ComEd will not be entitled to a Service Level credit.
