As Associates (Executives) progress through the 3 ranks of leadership (Silver, Gold, and Platinum), they become exceedingly more experienced in relationship building, support, sales techniques, product knowledge, business ethics, understanding the Essanté Organics methods of operation and compensation plan (Essanté Earnings), and the inherent positive effects of recurring residual income. The more advanced Associates (Executives) will be called upon to share this knowledge with lesser experienced Associates (Executives) within their organization.

They may be called upon to share this knowledge with lesser- experienced Affiliates within their Marketing Organization.

For this reason, and to set the proper example for their downline, Affiliates must not disparage, demean, or make negative remarks about wor(l)d, other WOR(l)D Affiliates, WOR(l)D's Products/Services, the Compensation Plan, or WOR(l)D's Directors, Officers, or Employees. - Providing Documentation to Applicants Affiliates must provide the most current version of the WOR(l)D Statement of Policies and Procedures, WOR(l)D Terms and Conditions, WOR(l)D Compensation Plan and WOR(l)D Terms of Service to individuals whom they are sponsoring to become Affiliates before the applicant signs an Affiliate Agreement.
