Relationship Building. High level performance requires that the employee:
a. Is courteous and respectful to students
b. Communicates bus rules and expectations to students
c. Consistently enforces student expectations d. Follows established discipline procedures
Relationship Building. 2a Activities that strengthen and develop relationships between Indigenous governing bodies and local authorities, and support collaboration in emergency management. 2b Collaboratively developed or delivered training and preparedness initiatives, to support shared understanding of respective emergency management practices.
Relationship Building. The issues and approaches to relationship building are outlined in the previous section. The importance of this phase cannot be over-stressed. Begin the process by identifying mutual values and creating mutual goals among all parties to the agreement Consider a relationship-building agreement prior to one focused on jurisdictional or technical issues (see the link to a protocol agreement in the next section) Develop cross-cultural awareness and competence as well as trust and respect at the outset of the process (see the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Sioux case study for an example) If desired, develop protocols regarding how to start, conduct and end meetings (e.g. smudging, blessings, use of talking stick/feather, etc.)
Relationship Building. 2.1 The Parties agree that they will meet regularly and formally at least once per year, to promote and encourage open and constructive dialogue.
2.2 The Parties will form working groups, as needed from time to time, to explore and initiate mutually beneficial activities designed to facilitate economic diversification, to protect cultural heritage resources, to promote community growth, to increase investment, to generate employment, and/or to pursue other agreed-to objectives.
2.3 The Parties are committed to open communication based on the principle of respect in order to address questions or concerns that may arise.
2.4 From time to time, as necessary based on mutually agreed-to objectives, joint meetings of the Parties may be open to the public to inform and to receive community input and feedback. These meetings shall be co-chaired by one member from each of the Parties.

Use written language to convey substance and intent with accuracy. • Energy – Exhibit stamina and endurance and maintain a fast pace over time.
Relationship Building. The PSC will continue training in relationship building and conflict resolution, as the Parties consider necessary.
Relationship Building. Strengthen our relationship with merchants, property owners, developers, neighborhood groups, historic preservationists, City, County, Rio Nuevo, U of A, stakeholders and partners.
Relationship Building. Ensure residents understand my role and function as an RA and establish a relationship which makes residents feel comfortable approaching me with ideas and concerns. Know ALL residents on the floor/building by name by the end of the second week of classes, and throughout the year, help residents feel like equal and important members of the community. Confidentiality: Assist residents with personal, relational, social, cultural, emotional, and academic concerns while ensuring confidentiality, sharing with Pro Staff, and referring students to appropriate resources. This includes recognizing current and potential problems. Programming: Plan and implement programs as outlined by the programming model in the Resident Assistant Manual and as a part of community development. • Attempt to recognize the talents and interests of residents and encourage involvement in related activities as well as encourage resident exploration of new activities and new skill development. • Create/provide approved door decorations and updated bulletin boards prior to the residence hall opening of each semester (fall and spring). Update bulletin boards on a bi-semester basis.
Relationship Building. Whereas the Parties recognize the value of ongoing dialogue and relationship building as discussed within the PDT agreement as a means to sustain labour peace and progress; The Parties hereby agree that following ratification the Parties agree to meet at the first available Labour/Management meeting to explore and develop a process of Relationship Building. In developing a process the Parties may utilize the services offered by the Ministry of Labour or other resources as the Parties may deem appropriate.
