Policies and Compensation Plan Incorporated into Distributor Agreement These Policies and Procedures, in their present form and as amended at the sole discretion of LivElite International, Inc. (hereafter “LivElite International” or the “Company”), are incorporated into, and form an integral part of, the LivElite International Distributor Agreement. Throughout these Policies, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to the LivElite International Independent Distributor Application and Agreement, these Policies and Procedures, the LivElite International Marketing and Compensation Plan, and the LivElite International Business Entity Registration Form (if applicable). These documents are incorporated by reference into the LivElite International Distributor Agreement (all in their current form and as amended by LivElite International). It is the responsibility of each Distributor to read, understand, adhere to, and ensure that he or she is aware of and operating under the most current version of these Policies and Procedures. When sponsoring or enrolling a new Distributor, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring Distributor to ensure that the applicant is provided with, or has online access to, the most current version of these Policies and Procedures and the LivElite International Marketing and Compensation Plan prior to his or her execution of the Distributor Agreement.

  • Compensation Plan The Compensation Plan adopted by the City Council shall provide for salary schedules, rates, ranges, steps and any other special circumstances or items related to the total compensation paid employees. Each position within the classified services shall be allocated to its appropriate class in the classification plan on the basis of duties and responsibilities. Each class shall be assigned a salary range or a rate established in the salary plan.
