Incremental Broadcast Revenues. A. C.F.L. 2.0 Broadcast Revenues 20% of C.F.L. Broadcast Revenues outside of the TSN/ESPN agreements will be applied to the SEC in the following year following receipt of those revenues. This calculation will apply to all 2.0 Broadcast Revenues received after May 1, 2019 until December 31, 2019 to apply to the 2020 SEC. For greater clarity, should the C.F.L. receive one million dollars ($1,000,000) in 2.0 Broadcast Revenues in 2019, then the sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) divided by nine (9) teams in the League, or twenty-two thousand, two hundred and twenty-two dollars ($22,222) will be added to the 2020 SEC. Therefore, the 2020 SEC will be five million, three hundred and twenty-two thousand, two hundred and twenty-two dollars ($5,322,222). For the calculation of the 2021 SEC, 20% of all 2.0 Broadcast Revenue received in 2020 will be added to the 2021 SEC of five million, three hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($5,350,000).
