Exit Physical. A Player shall not be eligible to file an injury grievance if the Player did not attend the Exit Physical, provided the Club scheduled one for him within twenty-four (24) hours of his release. If applicable, the Club shall pay any rel6ated flight change costs.

Exit Physical. No later than two (2) weeks prior to a UAF Local 1324 bargaining unit member’s termination, the UAF Local 1324 bargaining unit member will have completed an exit physical unless that UAF Local 1324 bargaining unit member has had their annual physical within six (6) months of separation. The UAF Local 1324 bargaining unit member shall be considered to have abandoned employment if the required exit physical is not obtained.

  • Annual Physical The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, within the twelve (12) months following the Date of Termination, receive an annual physical at the Company’s expense consistent with the physical provided under, and subject to the requirements of, the Company’s annual physical program as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

  • Physical Architecture 59.2.1 CenturyLink's network architecture in any given local exchange area and/or LATA can vary markedly from another local exchange area/LATA.
