Increments. Nurses having a permanent or term position in a sending Employer, will be allowed to transfer their "hours worked" for purposes of determining when they are entitled to their next increment, when they secure a permanent or term position at a receiving Employer. Casual nurses are NOT allowed to transfer such hours.
