Common use of Increments Clause in Contracts

Increments. Vacation may be granted in increments of one-half the employees work day, 38 provided that the request does not disrupt the operation of the work site. All vacation requests 39 must be submitted to the supervisor at least 24 hours in advance of the requested vacation time.
