Indefinite Contract. Permanent teachers, as defined in §168.104(4) RSMo., will receive any modifications of the indefinite contracts, on or before May 15 of each year. These modifications may include: A. Determination of the date of beginning and length of the next school year; B. Fixing the amount of annual compensation for the following school year as provided by the salary schedule adopted by the Board of Education, and applicable to all teachers. All affected teachers will be furnished written copies of the modifications within 30 days after their adoption by the Board of Education.
