INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ. (a) The IDIQ portion of this contract is only applicable to the work described in Attachment J-1, PWS 3.0, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This work will be authorized via Task Orders (TO) issued by the Contracting Officer (CO) in accordance with Clauses H.4, H.5, and H.6.

INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ. Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 16.5, CLINs 4-5 are defined as IDIQ. The contract provides for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, of services to be performed during a fixed period. Performance of services under these CLINs shall be scheduled using task orders. The total minimum and maximum dollar value of services to be acquired under these tasks are set forth below:

  • Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Training Delivery Type Code -- Code Short Description Long Description (If Applicable) 01 Traditional Classroom (no technology)

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

All new goods and services shall include the applicable manufacturers minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in the Supplemental Agreement.
