INDEMNIFICATION / HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE. The Glenbard Education Association shall indemnify and save the Board of Education harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability that Positions, appointed by the Building Principal, will be paid on an hourly basis for services only at home/host school. All non-skilled positions will be paid at the sixteen dollars ($16.00) per hour figure. All skilled positions will be paid at the eighteen dollars ($18.00) per hour figure.
