INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION. All representations and warranties of the parties contained herein, including any provisions of this agreement that require owner to have insured or to defend, reimburse or indemnify Manager shall survive the termination of this agreement. If Manager becomes involved in any proceeding or litigation by reason of having been Owner’s Manager, such provisions shall apply as if this agreement were still in effect.
INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION. All representatives and warranties of the parties contained herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement that require Owner to have insured or to defend, reimburse, or indemnify Agent (including, but not limited to, paragraphs, 2.1, 2.3, 5, 8.4, 9.2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17.7, 20, 21.3 and 21.4) shall survive any termination; and if Agent is or becomes involved in any proceedings or litigation by reason of having been Owner's Agent, such provisions shall apply as if this Agreement were still in effect.
INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION. All representations and warranties of the parties 36 contained herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement that require 37 Owner to have insured or to defend, reimburse or indemnify Broker shall survive any termination. If Broker 38 becomes involved in any proceeding or litigation by reason of having been Owner’s Broker, such provisions shall 39 apply as if this Agreement were still in effect. 40
INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION. All indemnification and other provisions of this Agreement which benefit the Broker shall survive any termination of this agreement. The Owner agrees that if problems arise in the future and lawsuits are brought based on the Broker’s work, the Owner will pay for all legal fees and any related damages.

All provisions of this Agreement that require the Landlord to have insured or to defend, reimburse or indemnify the Agent shall survive any termination; if the Agent is or becomes involved in any proceeding or litigation by reason of having been the Landlord’s Agent, such provisions shall apply as if this Agreement were still in effect.
INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION. The provisions for indemnification in clauses 6.1 and 6.2 will survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement, regardless of whether any claim or legal action is commenced prior to or after the expiry or termination of this Agreement provided that the conduct giving rise to the loss, liability, damage, destruction or claim the subject of the indemnity occurred during the term of this Agreement.
