Independent Study/Specialized Individual Study Sample Clauses

Independent Study/Specialized Individual Study is a course proposed and developed by the student in consultation with a tenured/tenure track faculty member from the department, the content of which is not available in regularly scheduled institutional offerings. Course descriptions must include material to be covered, specific assessments and products and a timeline for completion. The “Request to Offer” an individual study project, including the course description, shall be approved by the Division Chair and College Xxxx.
