Index Price. For Gas produced from the Marcellus formation in West Virginia, the “Midpoint Average” price published in Xxxxx’x Gas Daily Price Guide for “Columbia Gas/Appalachia”. For Gas produced from the Utica formation in Ohio, the “Midpoint Average” price published in Xxxxx’x Gas Daily Price Guide for “Texas Eastern M-2 Receipts”. For other Gas production, an index price determined by Shipper and reasonably acceptable to Gatherer based on where such Gas production is being sold, or, if no appropriate index is available, a price based on a netback calculation determined by Shipper and reasonably acceptable to Gatherer.
Index Price. This is the Price reported by Inside F.E.R.C.'s Gas Market Report for the period of delivery, or in another publication reporting current gas sales which the Parties may specify, for the delivery location which the Parties specify, or which is most proximate to the Delivery Point(s) or most applicable to the Price of gas delivered at the Delivery Point(s), for the period(s) of delivery.
Index Price. The Index Price shall be equal to the following formula:
(1) Multiply the Purchase Price by its Inflation Factor as defined in Section 1.13.
(2) Subtract the “Maintenance/Appliance Adjustment”, if any, pursuant to the Transfer Inspection performed by the CLT as described in the Guidelines.
Index Price. Inside FERC Gas Market Report (NNG Ventura Natural Gas) less the applicable transportation from the Processing Plant and the actual costs associated with all such transportation as expressed in $/MMBTU. If such index is not available, an index price determined by Shipper and Gatherer based on where such Gas production is being sold, or, if no appropriate index is available, a price based on a netback calculation determined by Shipper and reasonably acceptable to Gatherer. Inferior Liquids. Mixed crude oil, slop oil, salt water, nuisance liquids and other liquids recovered by Gatherer in the Gathering System and/or the Processing Plant.
Index Price. For any member of the Index Group, the Modified Average Closing Price calculated using, instead of WCB stock, the common stock of that member of the Index Group.
Index Price. The Base Price increased (but not decreased) by an amount, if any, equal to the Base Price multiplied by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the San Francisco Bay Area published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics ("Index") between the Recording Date and the date that the Authority receives notification of an Option Event.
Index Price. The Index Price for any Month shall mean the price per MMBtu, stated in U.S. dollars, as published in the first issue for the Month (including corrections thereto in later issues) in which the event occurred that required calculation of the Index Price, of Inside FERC’s Gas Market Report, a publication of S&P Global Platts, a division of S&P Global, in the section “Monthly Bidweek Spot Gas Prices – Platts Locations ($/MMBtu)”, under the heading “Louisiana/Southeast” (or any successor heading) and “Southern Natural, La.” under the column “Index”, as applicable and identified on Exhibit B. If Inside FERC’s Gas Market Report should cease to publish such first-of-the-month index prices or should cease to be published entirely, the Index Price shall be the price per MMBtu, stated in U.S. dollars, for Gas to be delivered at the Delivery Point during the applicable Month as set forth in an alternative index as determined under Section 18.11 of the Prepaid Agreement.

The Index Price for any Month shall mean the price per MMBtu, stated in U.S. dollars, as published in the first issue for the Month (including corrections thereto in later issues) in which the event occurred that required calculation of the Index Price, of Inside FERC’s Gas Market Report, a publication of S&P Global Platts, a division of S&P Global, in the section “Monthly Bidweek Spot Gas Prices – Platts Locations ($/MMBtu)”, under the following headings (or any successor heading), under the column “Index”: [ ]” and the line “[ ]” for [ ] MMBtu [ ]” and the line “[ ]” for [ ] MMBtu [ ]” and the line “[ ]” for [ ] MMBtu [ ]” and the line “[ ]” for [ ] MMBtu If Inside FERC’s Gas Market Report should cease to publish such first-of-the-month index prices or should cease to be published entirely, the Index Price shall be the price per MMBtu, stated in U.S. dollars, for Gas to be delivered at the Delivery Point during the applicable Month as set forth in an alternative index as determined under Section 6.08 of the Prepaid Gas Agreement. MMGA shall provide Gas Purchaser the opportunity to provide its recommendations and other input to MMGA for MMGA’s use in the process under Section 6.08 of the Prepaid Gas Agreement.
Index Price.
