Common use of Indirect Costs Clause in Contracts

Indirect Costs. Pending establishment of revised provisional or final indirect cost rates, allowable indirect costs shall be reimbursed on the basis of the following negotiated provisional or pre-determined rates and the appropriate bases: [Insert the established indirect rate that has been agreed on by both parties.
