Common use of Individual Agreement Clause in Contracts

Individual Agreement. The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with the employees covered by this Agreement individually or collectively which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The Association and the Union agree not to enter into any agreement or contract with the Employers covered by this Agreement which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, recognizing that the HEABC is the accredited bargaining agent.
