INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL RIGHTS. Unit members shall have the right to join or not to join the Association and membership shall not be a prerequisite for employment or continued employment. The Association shall admit to membership all unit members of the District in accordance with the Association Constitution and By-laws. No reprisal of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in negotiations by reason of such participation.
