Individual Caps. Participating Settlement Class Members are subject to an individual aggregate cap of $15,000.00 for payments made under the Settlement. Participating Settlement Class Members may submit claims for reimbursement of Attested Time, Out-of-Pocket Losses, and/or Alternative Cash Payments but the Participating Settlement Class Member’s combined claims will be subject to the individual aggregate cap of $15,000.00.
Individual Caps. Participating Settlement Class Members who submit timely and valid Claims will be eligible for Settlement Payments as follows (subject to pro rata reduction as described in Section 6):

Participating Settlement Class Members are subject to an individual aggregate cap of five thousand dollars and no/100 cents ($5,000.00) for Documented Monetary Loss payments made under the Settlement. Participating Settlement Class Members may submit claims for both Documented Monetary Loss Payments and for Pro Rata Cash Payments.
Individual Caps. (i) In no event will the amount recovered collectively from EBD individually and LAD individually for any Purchaser Damages resulting from matters described in Section 6.3(a) exceed $1,500,000.00.
(ii) In no event will the amount recovered from TWH individually for any Purchaser Damages resulting from matters described in Section 6.3(b) exceed $1,500,000.00.
Individual Caps. Participating Settlement Class Members are subject to individual aggregate caps of $80.00 for Tier One Compensation, and $10,000.00 for Tier Two Compensation.
Individual Caps. Settlement Class Members are subject to an individual aggregate cap of Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00) for payments made under the Settlement. Settlement Class Members may submit claims for reimbursement of Lost Time, Out-of-Pocket Losses, and/or Cash Payments for Identity Theft or Data Misuse but the Settlement Class Member’s combined claims will be subject to the individual aggregate cap of Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00).
