Individual Caps Sample Clauses

Individual Caps. Participating Settlement Class Members are subject to an individual aggregate cap of $15,000.00 for payments made under the Settlement. Participating Settlement Class Members may submit claims for reimbursement of Attested Time, Out-of-Pocket Losses, and/or Alternative Cash Payments but the Participating Settlement Class Member’s combined claims will be subject to the individual aggregate cap of $15,000.00.

Individual Caps. Participating Settlement Class Members who submit timely and valid Claims will be eligible for Settlement Payments as follows (subject to pro rata reduction as described in Section 6):
