Tier One definition

Tier One means the minimum equipment standards pursuant to California Public Resources Code Sections 2578025784 and/or CSI which are the minimum acceptable equipment standards as of the date of the Notice to Proceed of this SLA for installation of the System.
Tier One in respect of a water budget means a water budget developed using a geographical information system or equivalent to assess groundwater flows and levels, surface water flows and levels, and the interactions between them;

Tier One as used in this Article shall be defined as multi-tenant commercial office buildings or office complexes of 250,000 net rentable square feet or greater, located in the East Bay areas covered by this Agreement.
